Worry

Cast your burden on the LORD, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved.- Psalm 55:22

We often focus on the things that will make us feel worse – our worries. Worrying can create a tsunami of evil. Worrying is a bad habit, but if we give things over to God he can and will take care of those worries.

So how do we break the habit of worrying?

First, we should put the past in the past. Forget the past and look forward to what can lie ahead. Next, we should pray. Let all your worries over to God and trust that he will direct you into an amazing present and future. Last, thank God. Sometimes we forgot to do one of the easiest things and thank God. Let his peace guard your heart and your mind. Don’t focus on worrying, it takes up to much of your time. Go throughout your day, week, month, year, and life trusting that God will take your worries and leave them behind.
